At Lovers Playground, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
